Here's a little thing I'm working on that I thought I'd share.

I'm playing a vJ5 classic in ash maple (one piece neck). It has Big Singles in 70's placement and our two band preamp. It's running through a Radial passive direct box (the green one) into a Seventh Circle Audio N72 (neve copy) preamp into ProTools.

In this clip both pickups are on full and I think I did it in passive with the tone all the way open.

There's no compression or plug ins on the bass track.
